How it works

Understanding your business

We ask all our clients - big and small - to complete a questionnaire about their business and about what goals they have for their website. It should only take a few minutes to fill out and it's a great way for us to find out what makes your business tick.

Specification & Price

Based on your questionnaire, and usually a brief chat with one of our account directors, we will provide a full specification and cost for the project.

Prices for our Starter Package begin at £999 but if you want to add any bolt-on features or if you have any specific requirements we will include these so that everything's clear from the outset.

Materials & Deposit

We will require just two things from you to begin production:

Materials for the website - usually just page copy.
A deposit - equivalent to one-third of the development costs.

Design & Development

Production times can be as low as two weeks. During this time a member of our design team will liase with you to finalise the 'look' of your site. We allocate a generous two-hours of dedicated design time in all of our packages and further designs services are available if you need.

Going Live

You'll be able to see your site take shape on one of our development servers.

Continuing support & development

Once your site goes live we'll still be here to help & support you. Your monthly fees cover not just your hosting and support but we also make an allowance for the fact that all our clients want to make changes from time to time. So when you do want to make a few small changes you won't be charged any extra.
